𝗪𝗲𝘀𝗴𝗿𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀

Event organisers across Cape Town and the Western Cape are invited to apply for Wesgro’s Leisure Tourism Event Partnerships, open from 20 April to 4 May 2026.

With a focus on small towns, townships and dorpies, the programme aims to drive inclusive and sustainable growth by promoting local destinations, supporting SMMEs, and creating jobs.

Please note that the strategic focus areas will prioritize events aligned to the following themes:

Culture and Heritage

Township and Community Tourism

Active Adventure (Outdoor activities & sport)

Sustainability (including community-based tourism)

Gastronomy (Food and Wine)

Halal
