How to Apply for an Event

1. Download Application Forms:

  • Visit our Event Application Forms page to download the necessary forms.
  • Ensure you complete all required sections of the form.


2. Prepare Supporting Documents:

  • Gather all relevant supporting documents, including but not limited to:

  • Proof of identity
  • Detailed event plan
  • Insurance certificates
  • Safety and security plans
  • Environmental impact assessments (if applicable)


3 .Submit Your Application:

  • Email your completed application form and supporting documents to: events@capeagulhas.gov.za
  • Alternatively, you can deliver your application to our Economic Development & Tourism office at 19 Long Street, Bredasdorp.

  • Application Deadlines: Submit your application at least 60 days before the event date to allow sufficient time for processing and approvals.
