Lease Opportunity: Newly Built Vendor Stalls at Agulhas National Park, Cape Agulhas Lighthouse Tourism Precinct (Three-Year Term)
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite suitably qualified bidders to submit written proposals for the lease of newly constructed vendor stall(s), each measuring approximately 8m² × 9m², situated within Agulhas National Park at the Cape Agulhas Lighthouse Tourism Precinct (GPS coordinates: Longitude 20°00’.6’’ E, Latitude 34°49.08’’ S).
The lease term will be for a period of three (3) years.

This stage of verification assesses each bid response for compliance with the RFQ requirements. A bidder may be disqualified if they fail to meet any of the requirements listed below:
- Fully completed SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid)
- Proposal on the company letterhead
- Fully completed SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure)
- Fully completed SBD 6.1 (Preferential Points Claim Form)
- To qualify for preference points for HDI and/or Specific Goals, bidders must submit valid supporting documentation aligned with the specific goals claimed.
Bidders are referred to the SBD 6.1 Preference Schedule for the full terms and conditions applicable to the allocation of preference points.
