PLEASE BRING (where applicable):
•Municipal account / account number
•Copy of ID
•Death certificate (if applicable)
•3 months bank statement
•Proof of income
•Affidavit confirming unemployment
•Proof of electricity
All documents must be certified and not older than 6 months
