Cape Agulhas Municipality invites residents to participate in the Annual Verification, Updating and New Applications Drive for the Human Settlements Housing Waiting List.
Residents are encouraged to:
Verify existing housing waiting list information
Update application details
Submit new housing applications

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
• South African ID document
• Salary slip / Proof of All Pay income
• Affidavit from SAPS if unemployed
• Birth certificates of children
• Letter from social worker or court order for children in your care
• Final divorce order (affidavits will not be accepted)
• Death certificate of spouse or long-term partner listed on the application
• Marriage certificate
WHO QUALIFIES?
• Combined household income may not exceed R3 500 per month
• Married (civil or customary marriage),
• Living with a long-term partner,
• Single with financially dependent children
• Must not have previously received a government housing subsidy
• Must be a first-time home owner
• Must be a South African citizen or permanent resident
• Must be 18 years or older

• Suid-Afrikaanse ID dokument
• Loonstaat / Bewys van All Pay inkomste
• Beëdigde verklaring by SAPD indien werkloos
• Geboortesertifikate van kinders
• Brief van maatskaplike werker of hofbevel van kinders in u sorg
• Finale egskeidingsbevel (geen verklarings word aanvaar nie)
• Doodsertifikaat van gade of langtermyn-lewensmaat op die aansoek
• Huweliksertifikaat
WIE KWALIFISEER?
• Totale huishoudelike inkomste mag nie R3 500 per maand oorskry nie
• Getroud (siviel of gewoonteregtelik),
• Bly saam met ’n langtermyn-lewensmaat,
• Enkellopend met finansieel afhanklike kinders
• Mag nie voorheen ’n staatsbehuisingsubsidie ontvang het nie
• Moet ’n eerste huiseienaar wees
• Moet ’n Suid-Afrikaanse burger of permanente inwoner wees
• Moet 18 jaar of ouer wees
